We found Todd Reeder through a friend he had worked with in the past. They recommended him and that was good enough for us. Todd helped us with the viewing of properties, including getting us into some at the very last minute, and then quickly got an offer in on our first 'wanted' property. Todd did a fantastic job for us. The sellers were particular and a bit difficult with their demands both before and after we agreed to a contract, which made the process taxing at times.
