He worked with us for three months and patiently provided us with many properties that he had personally picked out as meeting our needs/desires. We made two offers and got as far as Home Inspections and then walked away because of repair issues. Still, Todd kept on looking. He went to a lot of trouble for us. When we started looking for homes in the Boone area, we were referred to Todd Reeder and were not disappointed. His knowledge of the local area quickly transformed the list of 50 or 60 homes we had been looking at on the internet into just a handful of potential homes to walk through and/or purchase. As we walked through each one, he listed a bunch of benefits and drawbacks to living in the area each home was located in. We were moving to the area from Chicago and only had 3 days to find a home, so this insight was very helpful and much appreciated. Once we found a place and went back to Illinois, Todd represented us any time we needed someone at the house for an inspection or any other reason. Any time we needed a recommendation for a home inspector, lawyer, termite inspector, people to unload our moving truck or anything else, he was always ready with a someone that did the work quickly and professionally. He would even call to check on how each referral went to make sure we were well taken care of. Buying a home in North Carolina, selling one in Illinois, and moving from one to the other was a hectic time and a number of complications popped up along the way. Todd's professionalism and knowhow helped us navigate the complications, protect our interests and get settled into our new home. You can't go wrong if you choose Todd; he's the first person I'll go to if I ever need to buy or sell in the Boone area again.

Todd spent the day with us showing condos that I wanted to see and some that I had not identified. He then did independent research on the condo that I was most interested in and ended up buying. Todd made referrals for banks, inspectors and closing attorney. All were terrific to work with.
