Seller reviewThe listing of this home took place shortly after a family tragedy. Todd was aware of this and handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He helped in many ways, but not the least of which was connecting us with the right people to get the home prepared for sale, and he subsequently coordinated access to the home. His negotiating knowledge was also invaluable. Todd went above and beyond, and we are very grateful. Thank you, Todd!

Seller reviewTodd is very knowledgeable in the real estate game. With me living in another state, Todd made sure everything was done to make sure it was an easy transaction. He is a one stop shop of having contractors/roofers/painters ect. on speed dial to take care of anything if needed. Communication is key in real estate and he definitely adheres to " What do I know, Who needs to know and Have I told them". Also being a retired Marine is a plus in eyes, it shows commitment and great work ethics. I highly recommend Todd Reynolds 10 out of 10 times to anyone for their real estate needs. Semper Fidelis!
