Tom was referred by a friend in the mortgage business. Tom knew the Orangevale area and was a perfect fit to market our family property. He gave us excellent guidelines in order to prepare the hose for sale. He held open houses regularly and followed up with prospective buyers. He was a good judge of the offers that we received and could help us decide how to respond. Tom was especially warm and patient with my older parents, who were the sellers. He helped us all through each stage of the listing, sale and closing process. We had a good experience.

Tom and I have worked together on properties in the past. He was with a different agency at the time. It is your agents that keep the name of Century 21 in its dominate position. I did not pick Century 21, I picked Tom. It is Tom's choice to align himself with C21. I trust his judgment in that regard. This has been the forth transaction Tom and I have closed in the last 15 years. The service was great. He answered every question I had. He will do the same for you.
