Very nice to deal with, I have been searching for property for over a year with no success. "ALL" the other agents I dealt with would promise the world then after one or two calls they would fade away never to be herd from again. Tom kept his promise to find a property type I've been looking for. Tom did all of this for me as out of state buyer.
