Seller reviewTom Medlin is a professional in every way! With his recommendations, we got a much better return on the sale of the property than by simply selling "as is." I feel that what we sold was not a house but a home that the buyers will enjoy living and growing in. On a particular day when we were very busy working on getting the house ready and still in the process of moving things out, Tom actually brought his mower from home and mowed the lawn, which was not expected but very much appreciated! That in itself showed me the caliber of person Tom is and how dedicated he is to his clients and profession. Tom looked at the property inside and out and recommended several different ideas that would make the home more appealing such as replacing the wooden fence separating our driveway from the neighbor's drive. He also took care of setting up a contractor and painters to make these type of improvements, thus taking a lot of stress from the seller. He also knew which improvements would stand out to better show the property. Up front, we know the recommendations of what improvements were needed, who was doing the work and how much the cost would be. In the end, Tom helped with negotiations with the buyers and was there at closing to greet us. I would definitely recommend Tom and Century 21 to anyone selling or looking for a property!
