As a professional real estate agent, I focus on client satisfaction. My business is about service and I am not happy until you are happy. My 25 plus years in the business here in the Frisco and surrounding areas have provided me the experience to assist you with every real estate need. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1993, came back home and have been selling homes ever since. My wife, two children and myself are blessed to call Frisco our home. Buyer reviewWe were and are, COMPLETELY satisfied with Tom Robertson and his ongoing efforts, even continuing now after the sale. Tom's professionalism and knowledge of the area are top notch. We borrowed quite a bit of his time on two house hunting trips to the area and never felt rushed or bothered. He was and continues to be available for even the simplest questions, we never felt like just another commission. I tend to be critical of the sales process and can attest, Tom alleviated all those concerns by simply being honest, personable and professional. Buyer reviewThis is our 4th home purchase and we have never had a real estate agent who went well beyond our expectations. Tom has a great personality so we had fun during the whole process too. He did things that I have never experienced in previous agents- talked with Meritage homes frequently to discuss things that were not getting completed according to our satisfaction during the final construction phases. Thanks to Tom the house construction was completed in time for closing and all the walk-through and inspection items were handled and completed prior to closing. He also spent a lot of time showing us the area in regards to infrastructure and shopping, etc.I have already recommended Tom to others looking for homes in the future and will continue to give his name.
