Seller reviewOur previous experience with your agency played an important role in our decision, Tom Torgerson is not only a helpful and personable individual but presents himsef as a concerned agent as opposed to a run of the mill sales person. We had a previous experience with your agency (some eleven years ago) and were pleasantly surprised to find the culture we experienced all those years ago is in tact to this day, the people are friendly and helpful and exude care and concern in a professional yet friendly manner. The sale was handled with care, a professional yet accommodating attitude. Much of the usual concerns in such matters were undetectable. There is a certain level of empathy and compassion in almost all interactions with Tom Torgerson The members of your staff unknown to us from our 2005 experience with your Agency did but for the change of names give us the same kinds of consideration as we previously experienced those many years ago. Kudos on your training programs and selection of people with that "certain" personality. It is particularly comforting during the stress of selling or purchasing a new home. My only concerns are that you haven't chosen a category higher than excellent.

Even when you know he's really busy, Tom gets back to you. He's good at telling you about the events that are going on in his life, asking you about what's happening in your life. Hope you have a chance of working with him again.
