Buyer reviewTom went out of his way in every aspect. He walked the neighborhood I was interested in, in excessive heat and went to every house to see if they were Interested in selling. I was only interested in this neighborhood and he made that happen. He contacted the owners and kept in constant contact with them and me. The house I purchased never went on the market. He even went up on the roof during inspection in the rain. He always answered my phone calls and texts and I never had to wait for an answer. He was on top of everything and was very knowledgeable. I will be using him again to sell my condo.

He worked with us as we packed up the house and made sure that there was a "Coming Soon" notice posted on the local MLS. We sold the home in one day, and are happy with the cash buyer. We were able to close the sale from out of state; Virginia. Tom is a good agent and we enjoyed working with him.
