Seller reviewTom was very professional at all times. He had good advice when we priced the house to sell. He worked with us as we packed up the house and made sure that there was a "Coming Soon" notice posted on the local MLS. We sold the home in one day, and are happy with the cash buyer. We were able to close the sale from out of state; Virginia. Tom is a good agent and we enjoyed working with him.
