Tom took all of our needs into account and went above and beyond the standard to ensure we were able to get the best value for selling. If not for his tremendous efforts the deal would not have gone through. He patiently explained all the nuances of the market and was 100% honest the entire time. My brother and I are first time home buyers. Not only was Tom able to guide us through the process, he brought in multiple experts during the negotiation process. After long searches and countless showings, Tom was able to find us a home that exceeded our expectation and satisfied our parents approval. Throughout the search, Tom was dedicated, patient, on top of things, and most importantly, made us feel comfortable by being on our side. Buyer review

Tom referred me to a great attorney and was on top of everything. I was in great hands. When delays at the bank were making me crazy, he made sure to do everything within his power to move things along and to get an extension when we needed it. I consider him a friend and someone I hope very much to keep in touch with. Given how busy I was working full time and going to school full time, I didn't have much time to work with. Still, he made it happen. I know that everyone has different personality needs in an agent, but he was the calm in my crazy, and I am so grateful that I had him in my corner. I'd recommend him to my friends and colleagues in a heartbeat.
