Buyer reviewI met Tom Wellin at an open house in May 2024. That house was not for me, and he listened when I told him why. Over the next couple months he would send me listings and I would let him know what I liked and didn't like about the properties. He paid attention. House sales were slow in the area I was interested in living, so I hadn't heard from Tom in a while. Then in November 2024 he sent me some details on an upcoming sale which sounded promising, and got me a tour. It was love at first sight. I'm grateful that Tom paid attention and kept what I was looking for in mind. Tom was great through the whole purchasing process. I would strongly recommend Tom Wellin for your real estate needs!
