I find most realtors make every situation sound better than it is, just for an easy sale. Tommy made it easy, by simply being real about everything. Kept it business and straight to the point. Buyer reviewWe originally saw an advertisement on the internet featuring Tommy. Our search was mostly done long distance because we live 1,500 miles away. After calling and giving our criteria to Tommy and also an agent from a different company, we continued with Tommy because of several factors. First and foremost Tommy followed up on our initial conversation, kept us informed on changes in inventory and generally did what professionals do. Specifically, develop relationships and keep people abreast of all matters pertaining to their search. Seller reviewAre you kidding? Tommy was amazing! We could not have done this without him. He was our boots on the ground. We do not live in ID, so selling 3 income properties without being present was quite a feat! However, Tommy worked tirelessly to get quotes on paint and flooring for us, as well as oversee the subcontractors to make sure everything was completed--before we paid them. Seriously, these houses never would have been sold, if Tommy wasn't our Realtor. And, this didn't happen overnight. Tommy worked with us for 3 years until the market reached a point that we were ready to sell. He was always available, always ready to spring into action.
