Mine was a difficult sale but he made suggestions that made it work.He goes the extra mile. He fixes some things by himself, without even asking to be repaid. He is well able to handle problems with properties such as septic issues and surveys and knows how to get things approved with local authorities. He is very sharp and I highly recommend him.
