Her knowledge of the area and the rental market in general built equity with me so i decided to use her as my purchasing agent. Toni responds in less than 10 mins to every single email/text/phone call. I have found working with Toni to a very good experience. She listens to our needs / wants and goes out and finds houses that meets those needs. She gives her candid feedback when we ask questions and/or bring up potential houses to go and look at that we find from the internet.
