She always made good suggestions to improve the presentation of the house, and she never lost hope and made certain that I remained positive about the eventual sale. I have a tendency to harass people, many telephone calls, requested constant updates, but through it all Mrs. Manchester always remained cool, calm and collected. I would certainly recommend her to others. Before I forget, during this period often she had to look after the property, care, of the house, etc as I made frequent trips outside of Kerrville. She accepted this onerous task with her usual smile and understanding.
