I think Toni Shiffer is the best real estate agent in the history of the world. She went above and beyond the call of duty to get my house sold in a very difficult situation. One of my friends had to sell her Mom's house this year and the stories of her agent being more on the buyer's side than her's made me feel so lucky that Toni was my agent. She had my back at every turn and lead me through each step in such a seamless way. There are so many potential potholes in the process of selling a house and experience makes a huge difference in the real estate world. There's a wide range of experience levels among agents out there and it's a painful road with someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Selling a house can be stressful, especially after our mom passing away, helping our dad move and then going through an estate sale and years of memories. Toni Shiffer made it as stress-free as possible. When my sister and I first met with Toni (and I discovered she and I went to high school together), we immediately liked her. She is friendly, easy to talk with, and was very helpful pointing out repairs and issues that we should consider addressing before putting the house on the market. She did a great job answering any questions we had. Once the house was on the market, it took less than a week before we had several offers and then a contract.
