He was very instumental in getting the property ready for sale including contractors to clean both inside and out, and trades to ensure the property was in working order and in its best possible condition for sale. He went above and beyond as the sellers were unable to attend to any of these matters. He was prompt with communicating with us and his response to questions was almost immediate.
