Seller reviewTony was PERFECT! He understood my timimg and did everything to meet that requirement. He was hearing the market when he told me to lower the price which I did immediately. Once we did that, the activity picked up and we sold the home quickly. Tony's insight into the market and my neighborhood were remarkable. Tony Lander gave me great advice as to what to eliminate and what to keep. He worked with my stager to keep everyone on schedule to bring my home to market at the perfect time. I wish Tony worked in Oakland so I could have used him again when I bought my new home. Tony Lander is exceptional!
