I am fully engaged and fulfilling my personal need to help people. Nothing makes me happier than placing a new set of home keys into the hands of my buyers and/or negotiating the sale of their existing home. Since 2014, my clients have enjoyed concierge service for their real estate needs.
Born and raised a New Englander from a small town in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and a legal resident of Florida for the last 30+yrs. I was privileged to serve our nation, deploying twice to Iraq and as a senior non-commissioned officer leading the US military disaster response medical team for the earthquake victims of Haiti in 2010. In retrospect, these early experiences shaped my value of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Working with Century21 Beggins, one of the nations top real estate brokerages, is a perfect fit.

Tony gave some great ideas on negotiating the price of the home I was purchasing. He did a great job of a virtual tour of the property for me to view. Tony is a great agent to work with. He returns phone calls very promptly which I found lacking with other agents I tried to do business with. I highly recommend Tony Rita should you have any home buying or selling needs.

He is very professional, knows the market and the neighborhoods/areas, gives excellent advice in reference to the properties themselves. He makes sure you are always informed of any little details concerning prospective properties, prices and appraisals. He can also advise you on what is out there in the market as reasonable interest rates when it comes to financing based on what you look for. He informed me of best and worst case scenarios of the purchase in order to obtain best results. He can give you sound insights into home insurance options as well. Personally, this was my first home, weeks before the closing, he had explained to me what the whole process was going to be like step by step. He is a great professional and individual because he definitely cares for his clients. Excellent, I should say. Tony, aparte de ser un excelente corredor de bienes raíces, posee tremendo conocimiento no solo de las propiedades a su disposición, sino todas las áreas y vencindarios a sus alrededores. Conoce cada detalle de las propiedades que muestra, de los precios e inclusive le da a uno una idea de las ventajas y desventajas de los inmobiliarios. Esto último lo creo de suma importancia en mi caso, ya que fue mi primera compra de una casa. En lo referente a la compra en sí, dos semanas antes del cierre, yo ya sabía todo lo que iba a pasar en este proceso porque él tomó su tiempo en desglosar todo el proceso. En resumidas cuentas, Tony es una persona que además de tener una visión excepcional, se dedica enteramente a sus clientes; es profesional, cortés y muy claro desde el momento de búsqueda al momento mismo de la compra de la propiedad.
