As one who had many contacts with agents and brokers, I found Tonya's knowledge, strategy and skill to be outstanding. Do not remember the extent of the advertising but we were briefed on it and it elicited a robust response. The open house was impressive resulting in offers above the listing price. Outstanding skill level and tremendous effort on our behalf! This experience set CENTURY 21 Affiliated far above the performance that is normally expected of an agency. We have recommended Tonya to several folks looking to sell or buy real estate.

When I decided to start the process of purchasing a home, I decided to call Tonya because of our relationship and she is trustworthy. Tonya was very patient and constantly keeping me informed. She asked me immediately my interest and what stood out that would make my decision on purchasing a house. Tonya made me feel comfortable and would be honest when I asked her opinion. She was always professional and would point out features in the homes we would visit that I wouldn't know to look for. I would recommend Tonya to anyone that I know who would be interested in purchasing a home.
