Seller reviewI have worked with Tonya Hester over the last two years and she has been responsible for selling the remaining twenty percent of the lots in my development. She has dealt with local clients as well as those from out of state. She has represented me well in dealing with everything from having to fill in a pond on one lot to getting another lot qualified by the local health department for an additional bedroom. She can be very creative when it comes to representing the interest of the seller. i would certainly recommend her to a developer or to an individual selling their home or property.
