Not sure but I have to say Tonja is not only a kind person but honest as well. Thats a very hard quality to find in a person these days, especially when they work on commission.

We began our home search with a Realtor in one of the several networks that provides cash back at closing, which seemed like a great deal at first. However, after several months we were only stressed and frustrated with the experience. My wife found Tonya Weisinger and convinced me to give her a chance. Even though it literally cost us $1600 to change Realtors, I can honestly say it was worth every dime - and more! Tonya understood what we were looking for in a new home and provided outstanding advice, assistance, service and amazingly guided us throughout the entire home shopping and buying experience. For every home we were interested in, like some sort of real estate ninja Tonya was able to quickly provide us with inspections, reports, city and county records, and other information on the home and neighborhood to help us make an informed decision. When we finally found our dream home her negotiation skills excelled. While I know it isn't possible to have these results on every purchase, she was able to get us our home for MANY tens of thousands below the asking price and for $40,000 less than what the home appraised for! (That $1600 I mentioned earlier doesn't seem like such a good deal anymore, does it?) I can't say enough to describe Tonya's excellence as a Realtor. My wife and and I have already referred her to friends and family members, and we would definitely encourage anyone reading this to use Tonya Weisinger as your Realtor if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity.

Tonya was always available to answer questions and work with me. From the beginning she was able to provide prompt information about the properties that I was interested in. Her knowledge, availability, personality and hard work was the main reason why I was able to get the house that I wanted. She always put my interests as a buyer first. Tonya is also very kind and her positive attitude eased the stress that comes along the experience of buying a house. The experience was stressful as expected when purchasing a home but Tonya made everything much better with her character and re assurance.
