She truly made this process easy and stress free! I couldn't ask for a better person to assist me in selling my house. I felt that Traci went above and beyond helping me sell my house for 40,000 over asking price on the first few days of it being listed! She had a game plan before arriving at my house to start this process told me exactly what to fix then set up the photographer and had my house on the market in just a few days, it was the nice to know exactly what to expect and what needed to be done without all the stress. I will continue to use Traci in the future when purchasing my next home as well as sharing her I formation to my family and friends wanting to buy or sell in the future.
