Buyer reviewTraci did an amazing job in negotiating the numerous obstacles that pertained to the acquisition of this property. She also helped the seller both repair the property for sale and facilitate the sale of the property as well. She was there making sure everything would go smoothly and she ensured all parties were on the same page. Without her help, this process would have been a nightmare. She is an amazing realtor, I will definitely use her again in the future. The broker did a great job explaining the paperwork and ensuring everything was completed on time.

Buyer reviewWe had an idea, but wasn't sure what area we wanted to live. Came down from West Palm Beach on two occasions with our wish list. The list was pretty spread out (appropriately 20+ homes). Traci never once complained even if we drove an hour out of the way. She wanted to make sure we found the perfect home that checked all the boxes. Through all the setbacks on closing and other issues with the previous owners she always stayed positive and kept me sane to the end. I think I can safely say, Traci and I connected from the start and will remain friends. My girl is a ROCK STAR!!
