There were times that I needed a question answered even though I knew she was trying to spend time at home. I hated to call her and interrupt her night/weekend, but she was patient and answered my calls as needed. Although we were the buyer, I know that had I been on the seller's side of things, I would have loved how professional and timely our agent was. I am confident that had I been on the other side of the coin, I would have a great deal of faith in the offer being valid and not falling through after seeing how detailed and orderly she presented everything.
