Her knowledge of the local area was superb and her long-standing in the Skagit/Anacortes/Whidbey realty community was key in sucessfully locating and securing a home in this extremely competitive market. Despite, at times, an over 8 hour time difference, Traci was constantly in touch when I needed her and was on top of sending me new properties to consider. In each walkthrough she was professional and her keen eye and level of detail added much-needed color to my mainly virtual process, ultimately culminating in our winning out against other strong bids for the exact sort of home I was looking for! I would absolutely work with Traci again and recommend her to my friends and family, I have no doubt they would have the same excellent experience.
