I was born and raised in the Minot area. Even though my husband Dave and I have moved to other parts of the country, we always return back home to Minot! My life long goal was to be a Realtor. Its been such an thrill finally achieving this goal. I am humbled and blessed with such wonderful clients who trust in me to assist them with their Real Estate needs. Buying or selling your property can be one of the biggest decisions you ever make in your life!! My goal is to guide you through it with as much ease as possible. With my husband being retired military I understand the challenges of moving to a new area and working with the VA loan process. I have had the honor to work with many clients and types of the loans so you will not be alone!! I am ready to guide you through the buying or selling process and keep it simple. It is an exciting time in The Real estate business in North Dakota, weather you are selling or buying residential or commercial I can assist you with it all. Seller reviewTracy returned all my calls/texts very quickly and never left me in the dark about what she was doing on my behalf. I never had to step foot into the Century 21 office. Tracy visited me and my wife on our time even though sometimes it was past her normal working hours. She sat down with the both of us and explained the marketing plan in great detail and always gave us adequate time to leave the house for buyers to walk through. I will and have already recommended Tracy to my friends in the Minot area and ensured them they would not be disappointed. I feel like I will not be able to buy or sell another house without Tracy's help, but if her dedication and helpfulness is any picture at what all Century 21 agents strive for, then I know I will use Century 21 again.

Buyer reviewAmazing, amazing and more amazing. Tracy represented the seller and after we made an offer the represented us as well. She had our interests in mind as well as the seller. A duly represented transaction that happened right and fair to both sides. We had issues with the title work and Tracy did lots of fancy foot work so that our closing did not have to be held up any longer. It was responsibilities that she did not need to take upon herself. She took our business personal and became very involved during the whole process. I highly recommend Tracy to handle all your realtor needs. I sure will if I ever find my self ever in need again.
