Tracy rates excellent on all characteristics, but two of the most important for our family were trustworthiness and communication. We could rest easy. Even after the completion of the new home purchase, we weren't ready to turn loose of our new friend! We really felt that Tracy kept our needs - which were considerable, as a 3-generation family - as a priority every step of the way.

So I decided to take a chance with her, despite her relative inexperience. I am so glad I did! Tracy worked very hard for me, and unlike brokers I had used in the past, she communicated with me about what was going on -- without my having to prompt her!
