As stated previously we think Tracy Trousset worked extremely hard to get us the best of every thing throughout the sale of our property. Our property sold in ONE day! However Tracy was ready with pictures for the MLS as well as plenty of advertising. We were able to go to their office and fax, copy documents. Also the lady that we worked with at close of escrow was extremely helpful in easing us through all the mounds of paperwork.
