Excellent service and professionalism. Trent was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when selling your home. He was flexible with timings and availability. When we requested open houses he always was on top of making sure it was marketed well. He gave us his honest view and which helped us to make informative decision. He was always there when I called, I'm not sure if I've ever heard his voicemail recording, because he always picked up. If you have a relocation with your company and are fortunate to get to pick Trent for your broker. Do it! You will be very happy, he makes dealing with a relocation move incredibly smooth! Trent was extremely easy to work with, so much so we wish we would of went with him for other transactions. Trent's comprehensive analysis was professional, clean and concise. We were referred to Trent from our mortgage banker. Since we trusted our banker and had a great experience getting our pre-approval and loan, we trusted his opinion on Trent as a realtor. We also researched Trent's profile on Century 21 and his professional Facebook page - we were very impressed! His ratings were high, reviews were good, but most importantly, the homes he had posted on his Facebook page were very similar to the types of homes we were looking for. Other realtors did not have a Facebook page or had very few listings on them. It was nice to see Trent's taste and the types of homes he may be showing us. Very beautiful homes in a wide price range. As first-time home buyers, communication with our realtor was very important to us. We had a lot of questions and we frequently reached out with questions and concerns during the process. Communication with Trent was amazing - he was always available and in touch throughout the entire process. Trent was patient with us, explained every financial decision or contract in detail, and gave appropriate advice when we asked - definitely above and beyond our expectations! The home we purchased was a new construction, and Trent supported us from start to finish. Trent took the time to be a part of our meetings with the builder, inspect the home with us multiple times, and give great feedback as the home was being built. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to explain much of the construction process. We couldn't have done it without him! Trent was very genuine and trustworthy. We liked that he is Christian and shared that with us. It was important for us to work with someone who has strong, family values and could relate to us.
