I am an eager and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker. I service customers best within a 30 square mile radius of Melrose, FL. I grew up in the "Lake Region" and am very passionate about both Lakefront and Waterfront property as well as home ownership and property investment. Studies have shown that living near a natural landscape or water body promotes health, happiness and well-being. I consider myself an expert in the best lakes our little "Slice of Paradise" has to offer. I am also pursuing a degree in Building Construction to further assist my customers in home buying and selling. I specialize in the Melrose, Keystone Heights and Hawthorne market areas of Florida and am happy to service all of your home, vacant land and property management needs. Seller reviewFrom the first visit that trainee to my home to look at it he put me at ease. I know exactly what to do he helped in regard to getting the property fixed up because it needed some thanks repaired. I believe this was the second or third person who looked at the house they are interested and from there we worked on it. From there it worked out fine on my side. I'm very happy with the results.
