I have worked with Trish Gray previously. Trish assisted me with the purchase of other properties. This is the first property I've sold with Trish's assistance. Trish's assessment on pricing was right on target. In preparing the property for sale, I followed Trish's suggestions and I'm very pleased with the sale of this property. I've been working with Trish Gray for six or so years obtaining properties and now selling one. Trish also manages my rental properties. I've selected "Excellent" for all of the listed attributes as Trish certainly exhibits all of those. If I have an issue I know I can approach Trish and she will get it resolved. Likewise, if Trish says something needs to be taken care of, I take it seriously and do my best to get on it. To clarify from the previous page, I selected four to eight weeks for the sale. Trish initially had a buyer within four days which was great. During negotiations that buyer had an unreasonable request which I had to decline. Trish within a short time had another buyer. We could have closed the deal sooner however I was in another country with limited access to a notary and mail service to handle hard copy wet signatures. Trish certainly did everything possible to keep the sale moving, for which I'm grateful. Trish Gray is a top notch realtor and property manager.
