Trish Knight was wonderful to work with as a first time homebuyer, from the beginning she laid out what to expect in the process and offered great advice. I never felt lost in what can be an overwhelming process, especially when closing very quickly. We looked at many houses and she helped separate certain features that I liked in houses so it made it easier to identify when I found the right one. When it came to looking at homes she was very flexible and communicative. Trish helped put together a great offer that allowed me to get an amazing house while not being the highest bidder. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in DFW.

Timing was crucial selling two homes and buying one that suited our needs. She presented us with real choices, listened to our needs and made adjustments throughout the process to find a home that was perfect for our families! Her organization was exceptional from listing, open house days, getting us sold in less than 2 weeks. Our closings were lined up seamlessly allowing us a very smooth transition. At all times she made us feel we were her only clients. In addition to her exemplary real estate skills she was a joy to work with and so patient with our chaos-she kept us focused and calm.
