Trish holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale; as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home .

Buyer reviewTrish Lusk happened to answer the phone when I called inquiring on a property about 7 months ago. She stuck with us as we shifted from being under contract on a property that just didn't work out to continuing our search. She has been crucial to every step of our house search and buying process. Because we are not local, we relied on Trish for her local knowledge. The majority of the houses we toured were done virtually/via phone. We felt completely confident in her attention to detail, even making an offer and eventually closing on a house we never visited in person. Trish was always responsive, any time of day, any day of the week. She was patient with us as we shifted our wants, needs, and even our town/location interests. We absolutely adore Trish!
