Trish, a true native, has spent a lifetime gaining "Outer Banks knowledge" and has found a love for helping people discover their own piece of paradise on the island. Trish holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology and spent four years working as a full-time kitchen and bath designer. The designer experience gives her a keen eye for staging homes in preparation for sale; as well as, assisting buyers visualize how they can turn a house into a home .

Buyer reviewTrish proved herself to be an invaluable resource as we are located several hours away from the area and always jumped in to be our eyes, ears and legs to get things done. Especially during the island closures where she had to handle virtually everything for us. If future needs arise she will be our first (and hopefully only) call to a realtor.

She has a reputation at the Outer Banks for moving property fast - which is what we wanted. She lets you know every step of the way,ie how many showings, people interested, price etc. We are totally satisfied with Ms. Lusk handling of our sale. Ms. Lusk was just fantastic from beginning to end. We can't thank or praise her enough for the services she provided to us. Trish Lusk knew we wanted a quick sale, and she did everything she could. The whole experience was two months or less. I noticed she had staged the inside of our condo to make the appearance nicer. Trish Lusk worked very hard for us to raise a low bid, I think she squeezed every dollar out of the buyer. Also the photos of our condo were excellent - kudos to the photographer.
