Buyer reviewTrish is the best!! No one is better, more dedicated, or personable!! This is our third time with Trish and she's like family now! She watched out for us, made sure we were in the right neighborhood for our daughter, knew exactly what my husband and I both wanted in a home and was patient while we waited for the right house to become available! We love her and are so thankful to have her in our life!

Seller reviewWe first dealt with Trish when we purchased our last home for which she was the selling agent. It just so happens she then became our next door neighbor and an amazing one at that. Trish has been like a grandma to my 3 kids who were 7, 2 and 3 months when we purchased. We recently and reluctantly listed and sold our home with Trishs' services. She is an amazing person who knows her real estate very well and is available anytime to help during the process. I would recommend Trish to anyone looking for a realtor.

Seller reviewHaving never sold a home we needed someone who would explain the entire process in easily understood terms. Trish made everything so simple and easy. At our first meeting, she walked us through the entire process. She did a thorough analysis of comparable homes sold in our area, and then walked us through the results of the analysis, and made a recommendation for the listing price. Trish kept us informed of all showings of our home. When an offer was received, Trish walked us through the pros and cons of the offer and what to do. After the home inspection, Trish explained the report and quickly emailed us the report and the buyer's response. Again, Trish made suggestions for how to respond to the buyer's requests. The day before the closing, Trish provided us with the closing document. This gave us plenty of time to review and ask any questions. This made the closing very simple. Trish is so friendly and helpful. What an outstanding experience.
