Buyer reviewTristan was referred to us by another Agent and we are so glad we chose her. Tristan is definitely an amazing Agent. She was on top of everything from the very beginning to the day we signed. If we ever buy again she will be the person we go to first. We will also be making sure to give her information to anyone we know who is in the market for a home. Tristan really went to bat for us. We ran into an issue with the appraiser taking a lot longer than we were told. Originally we were told it would be completed and turned in by 04/28/2020. It actually took him 2 weeks past the due date before we received it. Tristan stayed on top of them and really went to bat for us making sure that everyone else was doing their job and getting stuff done. She kept us up to date with everything. I can't praise her enough.

Buyer reviewI chose Tristan Edge because she helped my mom sell our childhood home and made the process really fast and easy, and I knew she would make the buying process just as easy. She communicated so well with everyone involved in the buying/closing process, which was a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders due to my crazy work schedule at the time. I didn't have to worry about anything, and she always kept me in the loop with any changes that happened and told me exactly what I needed to do. Tristan was so kind and helpful in everything she did for me. I had a lot of questions, and she answered them all quickly and without hesitation. Everyone I worked with was so kind and helpful! It was as stress-free as buying a home can be, and I have everyone at CENTURY 21 Goodyear Green to thank for that. If I ever sell this house and buy a new one, I wouldn't use anyone else to help me with that!
