She had extensive knowledge about title, lending, zoning, permitting, septic, well drilling, local contractors and equipment availability. She walked the lot the day I contacted her, and sent me about 50 photos and video of the property and identified any potential problems. This property has many dreams attached to it, and I am thankful that I connected with such a caring and professional realtor to help me make the dream happen.
