She facilitated work with a contractor for our listed home as well as the one we bought. We trusted her for the purchase of our new home as well as she was a great negotiator and was able to get the purchase price to what we felt comfortable paying by being incredibly knowledgeable of the area and not accepting a contract for more than we felt comfortable paying. Seller reviewAlthough I personally didn't really like the sell price. But was agreed on by family to sell moms house at this price. Twila was very helpful and very patient with me while I was dealing with the craziness of my family. She gave me great advice and was always very professional.
