Buyer reviewTyler seemed more like a friend than my realtor. He was very trustworthy and to me that's the most important thing. He told me like it was and I knew I could trust his advice. He was friendly and down to earth. He was easily reachable and helped me with any request I had in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a home.

Even after I closed he has already made himself available for post-close concerns. My transaction was small but was treated as if my needs were as important as his largest deal!

Seller reviewAfter this listiung was on the market for a full year with another company, Tyler jumped right in and sold it. He was courteous and always posotive. I had contacted other Realtors and did not even get a return call. Ours was not a prime listing in an upscale neighborhood. It was a unique home and the kind that somebody would LOVE once they saw it. Tyler found a way to get good pictures and market it so that the right family could find their forever home. It was a lot of work with more than one extension and Tyler never seemed put out or aggravated with the delays. So polite and always upbeat, I will recommend Tyler Shockley to everyone wanting to buy, sell, or rent real estate of any kind. Great work, Tyler!
