We have used Tyler to sell two properties and to purchase one. He was very honest and upfront from the get go, got us an amazing deal on the house we purchased and I honestly don't think we would have sold our other properties without him. Each time he has been tremendous help and support. He was always prompt, anything that needed to be taken care if he got done for us, in fact I'm really going to miss him taking care of everything we needed! He's so knowledgeable and knows the right people for every situation. All around awesome guy, highly recommended.

We have used Tyler twice now. This first time was very straightforward. This time was very stressful because we were also dealing with flooding in the home we were selling. Tyler went above and beyond to make everything more simple. My husband and I joked later that if we ever flood again we should move again because having Tyler's help through everything made the home purchase and sale, as well as flood clean up much easier.
