He carried himself great when negotiations were getting complicated. He sold our house without even listing it on market. He has great networking abilities.

We really liked Tyler's personality. He was both personable, professional and also knew the real estate business well. Tyler did a great job of negotiating the price and terms of the home even thought he represented both sides. We never felt like he didn't have our best interest in mind when dealing with the price and terms. Tyler was always accessible. He would get back to us quickly or get a hold of us about things that needed to be addressed immediately. He also was easy to work with when we were looking at other houses. I felt that he worked with our schedule vs us working around his schedule. We really enjoyed working with Tyler. Before, during and after the sale Tyler has been great to work with. I was really impressed when he followed up months after the sale to see how things where going at the new house and if there was anything he could do for us. It shows that he really cares about his clients and his job and its not all about just getting the paycheck.

Tyler did an excellent job! Selling my home was stressful and time consuming and I know I was sometimes difficult to work with but Tyler took it all in stride! He even went above and beyond on things like helping me find someone to replace a window! I will definitely recommend Tyler to anyone I know buying or selling a home. Thanks again Tyler!
