Ms.Stroud understood what I needed in a broker and satisfied that criteria.She was always informative and kept me abreast on every issue .I was very pleased with Ms.Stroud professional demeanor and would recommend her if ever asked about her job knowledge,and of the handling your concerns. Ms.Stroud always showed me the best of the above characteristics when dealing with me .I never had a bad interaction with Ms.Stroud which is why I stated in my last summation that I would re-hire Ms.Stroud if I were to sale another property. This was my first experience in the sale of property. I did not have any issues or problem ,things seem to go along smoothly .Valarie Stroud made the event non- stressful and no pressure. I have to give Ms.Stroud a BIG THANK YOU. The above aspects were handled with appropriate decorum and professionalism. If I ever have to sale another property I would hire Ms.Stroud again. I really only dealt with my broker Ms.Stroud so there is very little I can say about Century 21staff other than the attorney Kathy Rivera who was professional and to the point.I met Ms.Rivera at the closing. I had spoke with Mrs. Riveria by telephone 2-3 times .There were no other interaction.
