Without Valentina Sharp's representation 18 years ago, I don't think I would've been able to buy the property I just sold. She understood how much I loved the place, and went above and beyond to make sure I got it. There was never any question that I would call her whenever it came time to sell again. Valentina read the market just right when it came to pricing my property. I had three offers the first day, all considerably above the listing price! Her experience and intuition about how to evaluate the various offers also turned out to be very important--I chose the offer she recommended, and had the smoothest escrow imaginable. The service providers (loan officer, escrow company, painters, home inspectors, etc.) she recommended were equally thorough and reliable. She was always available for questions, and always answered them patiently (even when they were pretty dumb). Plus, she has a great sense of humor and is just fun to be around! Selling one home and buying another is just inherently stressful (especially in this crazy market!). Valentina's professionalism made the process as smooth as it can ever be, and her personality made it actually pretty enjoyable.
