My experience working with Valentina was phenomenal. I didn't want to be very involved in the process, just wanted the experts to handle it, and that's what the did. I was kept in the loop for anything that was of material importance and otherwise left out of the process. Valentina was very honest, which was important to us. She even advised that if we did not feel comfortable with the purchase, that backing out of escrow was an option and it may be a better one to take. In the end, though, it worked out and we were very happy with the purchase. Valentina is the type of agent you want to hug whenever you see her.
