She put us in touch with the lawyer to handle the closing. She went above and beyond to help us. She made us feel comfortable and confident in her and the fact that the land would sell for the price she determined through research. I can't say enough about her she was great. Valerie dealt with three of us to sell this one piece of land and was just a positive experience.
