She stood up for me when necessary and her expertise came in handy several times. Her knowledge of the real estate market is amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough. Even with a new construction build a realtor is necessary! I've made a life long friend from this journey!

Valerie was amazing throughout the entire process. She showed us many houses and helped us find the perfect house and location. We were living in California and when we came into town she was always available. Valerie went with with us to many appointments with us at the design center and other appointments with the home builder. Valerie is extremely professional and friendly always. She was always available to answer questions and meet for appointments. Valerie helped negotiate additional items in the purchase and sent us documents and always kept us informed and up to date. Excellent in all aspects!!!

We had one trip to IN where we could home search and meet with Valerie due to my companies relocation policy. Valerie scheduled many appointments for us in various cities and knew all the areas very well. Unfortunately we left IN without a home but when we were back in NC Valerie kept communicating with us and and was prompt when a new home came on the market. Valerie is such an exceptional agent and knew paid attention to the details we needed that when a home came up in a neighborhood we had liked she was Facetiming us right away. She then captured videos and photos for us so we could look at this on our own time and then let our parents tour the home on our behalf. Valerie's communication, quickness, and understanding her customers needs make her an impeccable real estate agent. I highly recommend Valerie and I would work with her for any future needs.
