I have a lot to say with such a small box. Valerie was the best. We used her when we originally bought the property we just sold. Valerie was always on the ball she was constantly checking on the property being I live a state away now, thus making sure everything was good cause i couldn't and letting me know if there was an issue. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. She goes above and beyond what she is hired to do. This process was so smooth it really relieved the stress of selling a house and she made sure I didn't have to drive back for closing by setting up a remote closing for me. I initially called Valerie because I saw her name on sign in the yard of a house I was interested in, and I am so glad I made that call! She was able to show me that house the same day and even though I wasn't in a position to buy yet, she kept in touch until I was ready. When I did find the perfect house, she walked me through the buying process and made great recommendations for financing.
