Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Her vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market has helped her to excel in real estate sales. Valerie has her Real Estate Brokers license and is a member in good standing with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR), the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR), and the National Association of REALTORS(NAR). She also had the knowledge of us being first time home buyers, so she made sure to take her time explaining documents, fees, and other real estate terms. When it came to putting in our offer and negotiating with the sellers she made all of the terms and counter-offers very clear. She steered us in the right direction on what moves to make next and we got the house at a price cheaper than we expected! Forever grateful for her hard work and we know she helps so many home buyers no matter what the situation.
