Also, it was easy to contact her when we needed to and she answered our questions so we understood the final closing statement. We would call Val again if we need to sell real estate and will recommend her to anyone who asks us for a good realtor. Both the receptionist and another lady in the office (can't remember her name) were very friendly, courteous and helpful when I had to leave some Trust paperwork for Val to close our sale. Overall, our experience with Century 21 Drews Realty and Valerie Proctor was excellent.
